In order to be considered for placement please download our 2008-2009 Partial Year Application which includes our policies and fax or mail it to the address below.

A $400 room deposit is necessary to hold all rooms until move-in. We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards. For your convenience, our Credit Card Authorization Form is available to download.

We begin accepting applications for the 2009-2010 academic school year from returning residents on March 1st, 2009 and new residents on March 15th, 2009.

Current pricing can be found on our rates page. Future rates are to be determined and are available at the start of our application process in March.
