A $500 room deposit and a $25 application processing fee is necessary to hold all rooms until move-in. We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards. For your convenience, our Credit Card Authorization Form is available to download.

Our application process is now open to all applicants. Please follow the link below for an outline of our application process or contact us for more information. All applicants under the age of 18 at the time of lease signing (July 15) will require a co-signer.
