*Partial Year Residents (offered only to late move-ins based on availability with lease options only through May) : Either full payment or the first installment of the payment plan is due upon move-in with a $500 housing deposit. Our rates are based on an academic year and rates for a payment plan will be determined at the time of move-in with regards to the pro-rated amount. If a payment plan is preferred, a monthly amount will be determined based on the move-in date and will not be equal to the 10 payment total.

The following amounts are for leases beginning on Saturday August 22, 2009 and ending on Saturday May 22, 2010.

Room Type Descriptions

Rent includes gas, electric, trash, water, and WI-FI, 10 meals a week and a Resident Advisor program which includes lock-out service, community development and an Activity Program.

*New and Returning Residents (students who do not live here over the summer): The 1st payment must be received by July 15; the remaining 9 payments are due on or before the first of every month beginning with September 1st through May 1st.

*Current Residents (students who live here in the summer): If our residents are staying for the academic year following a summer session, they are required to continue making payments on the first of the month. The first academic payment is due on August 1st, the remaining 9 payments are due on or before the first of every month beginning with September 1st through May 1st.
