Maintenance Request Form
In the event of an emergency, call the office immediately at (714) 870-8202 and our on site staff will assist you. From 5 to Midnight please call the RA cell phone at (714) 476-2926. Anytime you are unable to reach an employee of Fullerton University Village contact our 24 hour maintenance hotline by dialing the office and pressing 3 during the greeting.

Cleaning and Laundry
Laundry and Cleaning Service
Cleaning Service - University Village housekeeping staff is available for apartment cleaning services. One time, partial and regularly scheduled appointments can be made. These services are available to all students and fees must be paid in advance.
Laundry Service is available upon request at $4 per load. This includes wash, dry and fold. Inquire in the office for more details.
Laundry Rooms - Web Laundry services our machines in the laundry room. You can request maintenance, get laundry tips and request refunds via their website or by visiting the University Village Office. Our office gladly assists all residents with laundry issues.

Connectivity
Tuesdays with Susie between 5:30pm and 6:30pm in the cafeteria.
Basic Wifi connection problems and other University Related Computer compatability including maintenance requests are addressed by our technician Susie Chow at no charge to our residents. Other computer issues may incur a charge to be determined at the time of diagnosis. Our office staff can assist with Wifi connectivity too. Don't forget to bring your computer!

Inflation Buster Program
The inflation buster special offers our current residents an opportunity to pay the same rates they currently pay for the following academic year. In order to qualify, a complete application must be recieved by our office prior to the deadline. Late or incomplete applications are not considered for the program. The deadline to receive applications for this year is March 15, 2010. Each application must be filled out completely and submitted by the deadline. No new deposit is required. Upon receipt of the closing statement, each IBS students is required to bring their deposit back to the $500 amount. Our inflation buster program is for current residents only. **The first payment for the following contract period must be recieved by the deadline of July 15 or the inflation buster rate is forfeited by the student.**

If you would like an early or late check out, please complete this form and return it to our offices. Alternate check out dates are accommodated when possible. Late check out dates will incur fees.
