Room Type Descriptions

Rent includes gas, electric, trash, water, and WI-FI, 10 meals a week and a Resident Advisor program which includes lock-out service, community development and an Activity Program.

Payment may be split into two installments.

*New Residents: 1st payment due upon move-in, second payment due on or before July 1st.

*Current Residents: If our current residents stay for a summer session following an academic year, they are required to continue making payments on the 1st of the month. The first summer session payment is due on June 1st, the second on July 1st.

If our residents are staying for the academic year following a summer session, they are required to continue making payments on the first of the month. The first academic payment is due on August 1st and all subsequent payments are due on the first of the month until the unit is vacated.

An application for fall is required and is subject to availability. Summer residency does not guarantee fall housing.
