We recognize the needs of students for independence and academic focus. We also provide many opportunities for community involvement through educational and social programming.

Our complex consists of 92 three bedroom, two bathroom standard apartments, 6 two bedroom, two bathroom deluxe apartments and two studio apartments. Each apartment accommodates three to four residents and comes fully furnished and air-conditioned. In addition our facility has an on site community center, pool, and laundry facilities, and dining hall. Food service is provided by Bon Appetit.
