Housing Options

University Village is an ideal housing community based on the dorm style living experience in the university setting. Student services offered through the Resident Advisor program pair the convenience of student services with the independence of apartment living. As a poplular alternative to campus living, it is critical that individuals submit housing applications as soon as possible. We begin accepting applications every year on March 1st from returning residents and March 15th from new residents for the following summer and academic year.

Unit Options

Select Units

Our Select Units are two bedroom, two bathroom apartments with approximately 1,225 square feet. They are furnished with new flooring, carpet, fresh paint, quality appliances, tile countertops and comfortable furniture.

Standard Units

Our standard units are three bedroom, two bathroom apartments with approximately 900 square feet. They are furnished with new flooring, carpet, fresh paint, quality applicances, tile countertops and comfortable furniture.

Studio Units

Our studio units are on room, one bath single room apartments with approximately 220 square feet. They are furnished with vinyl flooring, carpet, fresh paint, tile countertops and comfortable furniture. This is a single occupancy unit.

Boarding Options

Select Units

There are two boarding options for our Select Units

1. Deluxe Single - The Deluxe Single is a 188 square foot private room. It includes a large double closet and a private bathroom. This Deluxe single is always a single occupancy unit.
2. Double Deluxe - The Double Deluxe is a 265 square foot shared room. Both residents share a spacious closet and a large bathroom. This unit is always double occupancy.

Standard Units

There are four boarding options for our Standard Units

1. Regular Single - The Regular Single is a 125 square foot private bedroom adjacent to the living room. It includes a built-in desk, standard closet and shared bathroom space with an assigned sink and cabinet.
2. Large Single - The Large Single is a 168 square foot private bedroom. It includes a built-in desk, standard closet and shared bathroom space with an assigned sink and cabinet.
3. Deluxe Single - The Deluxe Single is our 168 square foot master bedroom. It includes a built-in desk, standard closet and as in single occupancy; a private bathroom.
4. Shared Deluxe - The Shared Deluxe is our 168 square foot master bedroom. It includes a built-in desk, a free standing desk, a standard closet and as in double occupancy; a shared bathroom.

Studio Units

There is only one boarding option for our Studio Units as this is a single occupancy, single room unit. This unit is always single occupancy.

Furniture Options

Our units come fully furnished with the following items:

• Living Room - sofa, love seat or chair, coffee table, end table and room lamp
• Kitchen - refrigerator, stove, oven, dining table, chairs
• Bedroom (per student) - extra long twin bed, desk, desk lamp, chair, nightstand and one room lamp.
• Studios are furnished based on the student preference.
