Payments

*New Residents: The 1st payment due July 15; the remaining 9 payments are due on or before the first of every month beginning with September 1st through May 1st.

*Current Residents: If our residents are staying for the academic year following a summer session, they are required to continue making payments on the first of the month. The first academic payment is due on August 1st, the remaining 9 payments are due on or before the first of every month beginning with September 1st through May 1st.
