Housing Options University Village is an ideal housing community based on the dorm style living experienced in the university setting. Student services offered through the Resident Advisor program pair the convenience of student services with the independence of apartment living. As a popular alternative to campus living, it is critical that individuals submit housing applications as soon as possible. We begin accepting applications every year on March 1st from returning residents and March 15th from new residents for the following summer and academic year. The three units available Standard / Deluxe / Studio come fully furnished with the following: Living Room- couch, love seat or chair, coffee table, end table, and lamp Kitchen- refrigerator, stove, oven, dining table, and chairs Bedroom- twin bed, desk, desk lamp, chair, nightstand, phone jack, and door lock   Standard Units are three bedroom, two bathroom apartments. They are approximately 1000 square feet, and have been furnished with new flooring, tile countertops, carpet, fresh paint, quality appliances, and designer furniture. There are four boarding options for this floor plan. The Regular Single is a 130 square foot private bedroom adjacent to the living room. It includes a built-in desk, standard closet, and shared bathroom space with private sink and cabinet. The Large Single is a 179 square foot private bedroom. It includes a built in desk, standard closet, and shared bathroom space with private sink and cabinet. The Deluxe Single is a 210 square foot master bedroom. It includes a standard closet and as a single occupancy; a private bathroom. The Shared Deluxe is our 210 square foot master bedroom. Two residents share the master bedroom and the private bathroom.   Deluxe Units are two bedroom, two bathroom apartmens. They are approximately 1,262 square feet, with vinyl flooring, carpet, fresh paint, tile countertops, appliances, and designer furniture. There are two boarding options for this floor plan. The Deluxe Single is a 140 square foot private room. It includes a large double closet and a private bathroom. The Double Deluxe is a 276 square foot double occupancy room. Both residents share a spacious closet and a bathroom.   Studio Units are one room, one bath single room apartmens. They are approximately 200 square feet, with vinyl flooring, carpet, fresh paint, tile countertops and designer furniture. This is a single occupancy unit.
