Payment may be split into two installments. *New Residents: 1st payment due upon move-in , second payment due on July 1st. *Current Residents: If our current residents stay for a summer session following an acadmic year, they are required to continue making payments on the 1st of the month. The first summer session payment is due on June 1st, the second on July 1st. If our residents are staying for the academic year following a summer session, they are required to continue making payments on the first of the month. The first academic payment is due on August 1st and all subsequent payments are due on the first of the month until the unit is vacated.
