University Village is a student community and as such, we want to provide as many activities as possible to our residents. Currently, we have a gated swimming pool area, a sun deck with chaise lounges, volleyball court, tables and a barbecue, and a large grassy quad area many students use to sit in the sun or play casual sports. A study lounge TV room, a private study or art room, fitness room, game room with pool tables, ping pong tables and air hockey tables. We have also renovated our laundry room with 10 washers and dryers and added vending areas.
Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment, so any suggestions from residents are welcome!
