University Village is an ideal student housing facility, pairing the convenience of student housing services with the independence of apartment living. Our three bedroom, two bathroom units are approximately 900 square feet, and have been refurbished with new flooring, carpet, paint, blinds, ceilings, appliances (refrigerator and stove) and furniture.
We have three bedroom options for each student to choose from in each apartment. The Regular Single is a private room (130 Sq.Ft.) directly off the living room. It includes a twin bed, nightstand, lamp, built in desk with a chair, and a double bar closet. The rate for the regular single is $6,390.00 per school year.
Our Large Single room (179 Sq. Ft.) is also private and comes with the bed, nightstand, lamp, moveable desk and chair and closet. The shared bathroom is a double sink counter so each student has their own space and cupboard, and the toilet and shower have a door and lock so one student can get ready while the others showers in privacy. The rate for the Large Single is $6,790.00 per school year.
The third option is the Deluxe room, which can be a private or shared room (sharing is only assigned by request, and the requester must have a specific roommate to share with). The Deluxe is set up exactly like the Large and additionally has its own connected bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and sink. The Deluxe school year rates are $7,590.00 for a private room, and $5,190.00 per student for the shared room.
